A SMALL BOWING LINE HAS DEVELOPED ACROSS WEST OKLAHOMA INTO THE TEXAS PANHANDLE, SPREADING EAST SOUTHEAST THIS MORNING ALONG AN INSTABILITY GRADIENT. FAVORABLY STRONG SHEAR AND INCREASING INSTABILITY WILL SUPPORT A THREAT FOR DAMAGING WIND GUSTS OF 60-80MPH THROUGH EARLY TO MID AFTERNOON AS IT CONTINUES GRADUALLY SPREADING EAST SOUTHEAST.
