NUMEROUS THUNDERSTORM CLUSTERS AND SUPERCELLS WILL CONTINUE TO SPREAD NORTHEAST ACROSS THE SOUTHERN HIGH PLAINS THIS AFTERNOON AND EVENING. A FAIRLY UNSTABLE AIRMASS WITH STRONG DEEP-LAYER SHEAR, IN ADDITION TO A DEEPLY MIXED AND HOT BOUNDARY LAYER. DAMAGING OUTLFOW AND DOWNBURST WINDS OF 60-80MPH ARE LIKELY, IN ADDITION TO SCATTERED LARGE HAIL.
