SCATTERED LOW-TOPPED/MINI SUPERCELLS AND THUNDERSTORM CLUSTERS WILL CONTINUE TO DEVELOP AND SPREAD NORTHEAST THIS MORNING AND AFTERNOON. AN INCREASINGLY UNSTABLE AND VERY MOIST AIRMASS UNDERNEATH A 30-40KT LOW-LEVEL JET WILL SUPPORT THESE STORMS TO CONTINUE TO EXHIBIT TRANSIENT MESOCYCLONES, WITH A FEW TORNADOES AND SPORADIC DAMAGING WINDS BEING POSSIBLE IN THE STRONGER STORMS.
